Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved the appointment of seven new Permanent Secretaries and Tutors-General in Lagos State’s Public Service, effective November 19, 2024.
The appointments are part of the state government’s efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery. According to the Head of Service, Bode Agoro, the selections were based on merit following a rigorous screening process.
The appointees include: Mrs. Adebopo Abosede Oyekan-Ismaila – Public Service Office, Mrs. Abisola Khadijat Dokunmu-Adegbite – Ministry of Establishments and Training, Mrs. Olayinka Modupe Ojo – Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget, Mr. Hameed Olanrewaju Oyenuga – Ministry of Justice, Mrs. Mojisola Christiana Yusuff – Education District II, Mr. Dauda Abiodun Hassan – Education District IV and Mr. Muyiwa John Adetola – Auditor-General Designate.
“These appointments reflect the diligence, intellectual capacity, and commitment to service delivery demonstrated by the appointees. We are confident in their ability to contribute effectively to governance,” Agoro said.
