London to Lagos: Solo driver, Pelumi Nubi to arrive on April 7

Nigerian travel content creator, Pelumi Nubi, has announced a change in the arrival date of her solo trip from London to Lagos.

Nubi began her record-breaking journey on January 31, 2024, with the initial plan to reach Lagos by March 23. 

However, in a recent update on her official Instagram page, she announced a change in her arrival date to April 7. This adjustment allows her extra time to navigate any unforeseen delays.

“I don’t just breeze through the last few countries. I want to fully experience and share the beauty of each destination, like I have done in the past,” she wrote in the post.

The 29-year-old is driving through 17 countries, starting from England, France, Spain, Morocco, the West Sahara Desert, Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Mali, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin, and Nigeria.
