Former governorship candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has condemned the movie portrayal of slave merchant Efunroye Tinubu. In a new film produced by Faithia Williams Balogun, Tinubu was described as “the unicorn”.
“The Yoruba were the biggest victims of Madam Tinubu’s kidnapping, human trafficking & enslavement network,” Rhodes-Vivour said. “It is unfortunate that Nigerians are still dealing with a ruthless elite that amass their fortune at the detriment of their people.”
