The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission is organizing an electricity consumer complaint resolution platform in Lagos from February 28 to March 2.
The sessions hold at the NUT Pavillion, Plot 5, Block B, NERDC Road, beside Tisco Plaza, along Fela Shrine, Agidingbi, Lagos.
In a statement, the FCCPC said: “Are you an Ikeja Electric customer? Do you have a complaint or dissatisfaction that you want resolved?
“Then join us at the Electricity Consumer Complaint Resolution Platform: a one-stop shop for addressing billing, metering, transformer, connection, disconnection, customer service and other electricity consumer issues in IKEDC coverage areas.”
The event is supported by the MacArthur Foundation.
