The 2024 edition of the Lagos Women Run, a 10km road race aimed at promoting women’s fitness and empowerment, has been scheduled for November 9. Since its inception in 2016, the race has gained popularity, with thousands of women expected to participate this year. Coordinator Tayo Popoola described the 2024 edition as “special,” highlighting a week of activities leading up to the race that will address key issues affecting women.
