Residents of Isheri Estate Community near the OPIC end of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway are demanding a permanent solution to ongoing flooding caused by the release of water from the Oyan River Dam, Punch Newspaper reported.
They expressed frustration over government directives to relocate to higher grounds, citing economic hardships that prevent many from moving.
