The Lagos State Ministry of Housing has cautioned potential home buyers against dealing with the real estate developer ‘House Height Limited,’ which claims to be representatives of the State Government.

Engr. Abdulhafis Toriola, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Housing, issued this warning following a meeting with stakeholders.

Toriola advised prospective homeowners, especially those in the diaspora, to avoid transactions with the firm and its agents regarding Harmony Court along Command Road, Ipaja, Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA.

Toriola emphasised that House Height Limited’s Managing Director, Mrs. Ngozi Elizabeth Ola-David, also known as Ngozi Elizabeth Phil-Ebosie, isn’t an agent or partner of the Lagos State Government.

“She hasn’t been appointed to represent the State Government in Harmony Estate’s three-bedroom apartments.

“Any claim of being an appointed agent by the Ministry is false and should be disregarded,” Toriola stated.

He disclosed that the partnership between the State Government and House Height Limited has been terminated for non-performance as per the contractual agreement’s terms and conditions.

Toriola advised the public to ignore House Height Limited’s ownership claim.

He noted: “Anyone dealing with the firm or its agents in violation of this warning does so at their own risk.”

Mrs. Bukade Idowu-Koya, the Director of Legal Services at the Lagos State Ministry of Housing, also suggested that those interested in the homes should contact the office of the Permanent Secretary at Block 3, Second Floor, Secretariat, Alausa-Ikeja.
