The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has reported a fire at Honey Well, behind Lylipond, Apapa.
According to LASTMA on Friday, the fire outbreak is causing significant traffic congestion in the surrounding area.
The agency on X added that the incident is causing considerable delays and disruptions to traffic flow, with motorists advised to exercise caution and patience when navigating the area.
However, LASTMA noted that its operatives are working to ensure accessibility on the road implementing traffic management measures to minimize the impact of the incident on commuters.
