Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has sworn in two new members into the State Executive Council.
Special Adviser to the governor on Digital Media, Jubril Gawat confirmed this in a statement on his X account on Wednesday.
The new appointees are Biodun Ogunleye, who will serve as Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, and Engr. Olufemi Daramola, who will serve as Special Adviser on Infrastructure.
Biodun Ogunleye is an energy expert with over 20 years of experience. Before his appointment he was the Chief Executive Officer of PowerCap Ltd, an energy sector-focused consulting service provider.
Engr. Olufemi Daramola is a Civil Engineer with over 27 years of experience spanning across various Ministries and agencies within the Lagos State Civil Service. He has held various positions including the General Manger and the Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Public Works Corporation.
